I could tell many personal stories of overcoming, but I have a different story to tell.

I could tell of moving from trauma to choice, from rags to abundance, from isolation to being deeply connected to all life, but as an eternal soul that chose this path, with all of its challenges, the story I have to tell is not one of being a victim of broken lineages filled with trauma, it’s one of understanding the medicine of every moment in service of the divine. 

One of being purified by sacred fire and holy water, of journeying into the underworld over and over again, of befriending the darkness to anchor the light. This is the path my soul chose to prepare me to be a warrior of light. A path of training, of challenge, of courage. A path of a love so expansive the world doesn’t recognize it yet.

Staying aligned with love and truth regardless of the consequences was the only choice my soul would allow.

I spent much of my childhood in the Deep South, in spaces where hatred, division, and inherited belief systems were deeply embedded. This was my training ground for not conforming.  From a young age, I felt a clear inner knowing: I could not align with anything that was not rooted in love. 

At times in my life, this has meant having uncomfortable conversations, being completely outcast, or risking my life. Each initiation into deeper service to love, truth and freedom has strengthened my devotion. I’m tenaciously rebellious in ways that allow me to love deeply, speak truth courageously, and live fully sovereign — wild and free. 

My soul chose to be here in this time to support the birthing of a new consciousness on the earth. In this way, this story is not about me at all, but a tale of a time when the guardians of the sacred, the warriors of light and love, rose together to bring collective liberation and harmony to all life.

I am spirit in form.

As such, my language of origin is the language of soul — the mother tongue of all that calls remembrance to being. The sound that whispers through the leaves; that emerges from flame, water, and earth; that dances with the wind — the sound of truth.

I am in love with the divine

- the kind of love we don’t often see in these times. A love of soul: timeless, sacrificial, boundless. My devotion to this love informs all I do. It's my anchor, my north star—my soul path. This love is the frequency I’m here to breathe into this world.

I am a warrior of the light

- for in these times, to live in service of love is a radical existence. I refuse to subscribe to any system or belief that is not of love. I have sworn an oath to the divine and to love, which consistently reveals new layers of surrender and devotion.

I am a soul alchemist.

The qualities of my work involve bridging the languages of soul — flowing through elements, energies, and beings — into direct transmission. I embody clear-seeing and compassion. My arrow is precise, cutting through noise to reveal essence. I listen for the soul’s whispers and steward their emergence into full presence.

I am a weaver of the new earth

- an active, engaged participant in restoring the languages of life, honoring the earth and all her beings, and dancing the spiral of ancient wisdom with the new frequencies necessary in these times. A cosmovision rooted in harmony with all life is woven through everything I offer.

I am a bridge between worlds.

I hold a Master’s in Transpersonal Psychotherapy, with additional training in nature-based, somatic, trauma therapy, couples work, and psychedelic therapy — as well as parts work and Reiki. These foundations, and my eight years as a psychotherapist, continue to support my work — but they are no longer its center.

I am in ongoing study
with the earth herself -

through initiations, deep listening, earth-medicines, and the traditions that carry them with reverence. After two years of traveling to Peru for shamanic dietas with Master Plant Teachers in the Amazon, I followed the call to deepen my studies and live in Peru. The embodied initiations and the relationships with Master Plant Teachers and other spirit allies are essential companions in my work.
